Kathy S. Kifer
“I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.”
I’m a seasoned and compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on youth. I graduated from JFK University in 2007 with a degree in somatic psychology, which has shaped my holistic approach to mental health. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This perspective allows me to address a wide range of concerns, from anxiety to everyday life challenges, through personalized and empathetic care.
With over 25 years of experience working with young people in various settings, I’ve honed my expertise in understanding the unique needs and struggles that youth face today. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My strong background in treating anxiety disorders enables me to provide effective, evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s specific concerns and goals.
I also enjoy supporting adults on their journeys of personal growth and self-discovery. My ability to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds reflects my genuine compassion and commitment to helping people overcome obstacles and achieve greater well-being. My practice, Kathy Kifer Therapy, is built on the foundation of my holistic perspective, allowing me to guide clients toward balance, healing, and personal growth.
Whether I’m working with young people or adults, my person-centered approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. With my extensive experience and passion for the healing process, I strive to be a trusted guide, helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting growth on their journeys of self-discovery and fulfillment.
